By using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of any changes.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.

Purchases

Products and Services: The Site may offer products and services for sale. We strive to ensure that the information about our products and services is accurate, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product descriptions, pricing, or other information on the Site.

Orders and Payments: By placing an order on the Site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for the transaction, including your payment information. All transactions are processed securely, but we do not guarantee the security of online transactions. You are responsible for all charges and taxes associated with your order.

Pricing and Availability: All prices are listed in US Dollar and are subject to change without notice. Availability of products and services may vary and is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Shipping and Delivery: Shipping and delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds: For digital products, you may request a no-questions asked refund on your purchase within 60 days of purchase date (not download date). Refunds should be claimed via email at least 48 hours before the expiration of the guarantee. Refunds can be provided to the same individual only once.

If you've purchased a physical product, returns & exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Items will only be considered for return or exchange if they are within 30 days of delivery, new, unused/unwashed & in original undamaged packaging. You may initiate a return/exchange request by emailing us at jessi@honoryourheart.net .

To ensure your case is given proper attention, please do not ship anything back to us without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We are not responsible and can not refund transaction fees charged by third parties. Transaction fees include but are not limited to fees from the customer’s bank, payment processors such as Payments AI, and other currency conversion charges.

User Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you post or submit to the Site ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.

No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. We are under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and may remove any Submission at any time in our sole discretion.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content you post. We do not endorse or control User Content and are not responsible for any content posted by users.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content and materials on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Honor Your Heart or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from the Site without our express written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Warranties: The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honor Your Heart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Honor Your Heart, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California, in accordance with the rules of the State of California.

While the author strives to only include links to trusted third-party websites, you understand that any links provided within the books may occasionally offer financial benefit.
